Questions about paying.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay $4.99 once and the licence is yours, including every future version. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

How does the trial start and end?

The 7 days start when you first sign in to the app, not when you download it. When they end, the app keeps your history and settings but stops starting new jobs until you buy. Nothing is deleted.

How many computers can I use?

Two at a time, on one account, in any mix of Mac and Windows. You can remove a computer from the account page to free its seat, for example after replacing a machine.

Do you have a plan for teams or companies?

Yes. Press Contact us on the Teams card, or email us, and tell us how many computers you need and whether they are Mac, Windows or both. We reply with a price per computer that drops the more you take, and a secure payment link by email. Once it is paid, the licence covers that many computers.

Who takes the payment?

Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the card details, applies sales tax or VAT where it is due and emails the receipt. We never see your card number.

Can I get a refund?

If the app does not work for you within the first 14 days, email us with the address you bought with and we refund it. Paddle's own buyer terms apply as well.

Can I buy before the trial ends?

Yes. Buying at any point simply switches the account to the lifetime licence; the remaining trial days are not needed.

What if I change my Google account?

The licence belongs to the account you bought it with. Email us from that address and we move it.
